Committed to Guiding the Future of Vascular Closure and Leaving Nothing Behind

SiteSeal® and SiteSeal® SV™ are innovative VCDs that establish hemostasis after endovascular procedures without manual compression. Our next-generation VCDs mitigate associated variables and the risk of unnecessary complications. More importantly, SiteSeal leaves nothing behind within the vessel, vessel wall or surrounding soft tissues.

Patients of all shapes and sizes, including those who are morbidly obese or have calcification, can lie more comfortably with their heads at a 30-degree elevation immediately after use and freely move their legs. Plus, SiteSeal minimizes patient discomfort, ambulating them approximately one hour after diagnostic procedures and roughly two hours after interventional procedures.

Our approach to vascular closures solve the challenges of establishing hemostasis for endovascular physicians, patients and healthcare administrators. That’s our mission considering the increasing number of patients with coronary and peripheral arterial disease and structural heart disease.

Ensite Vascular’s Medical Advisory Board’s Critical Role

Our Medical Advisory Board (MAB) provides leadership via external medical perspectives and high-level insight regarding VCD usage in all endovascular procedures, both arterial and venous, large and small bore, as well as clinical studies and future follow-on indications.

Ensite Vascular MAB’s Members:

Matthew Earnest, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I.

Board-certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, Dr. Earnest is an interventional cardiologist. He has presented extensively on matters of the heart and contributed to numerous publications on cardiology research.

George Christy, M.D.

Dr. Christy is a cardiology specialist and certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine and interventional cardiology. He has extensive knowledge  specifically concerning adult congenital heart conditions and heart conditions.

Craig Walker, M.D.

Dr. Walker is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, as well as editor, founder and/or chairman of cardiovascular conferences, groups and digests. He has served as primary investigator for many clinical trials.

Pradeep Nair, M.D.

Dr. Nair is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology and adult echocardiography.

He was recognized with several first place awards at the University of Pittsburgh for his research.

Andrea Natale, M.D., F.A.C.C, F.H.R.S., F.E.S.C.

Dr. Natale is a world-recognized leader in the field of electrophysiology and known as a dedicated clinician, academician and researcher. He has authored more than 600 publications related to the treatment of arrhythmia.

Individually, these cardiology experts are well-renowned and respected pioneers in their field. Collectively, their vast experience, relationships, participation in other device studies, and standing in their specialty will be invaluable to advancing toward better standard of care for endovascular procedures. The MAB also is exploring SiteSeal’s performance and value in other applications, such as structural heart and electrophysiology procedures (EP).
